The team at MKM Stafford has shared a moving account of a life-changing event that took place at their branch this past December. What started as a normal day turned into a high-stakes emergency when a customer, Mark Davies, suddenly collapsed in the yard.

Minutes Matter in a Crisis

It quickly became clear that Mark was experiencing a cardiac emergency. Because the MKM team had an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) on-site and staff members trained to use it, they were able to act immediately.

The defibrillator was deployed before the Air Ambulance arrived. Thanks to the quick thinking of the MKM Yard Team, the assistance of fellow customer Dean Tallent, and the expert work of the attending paramedics, Mark is alive today.
