Send Us Your Stories!

Do you have some good news to share? We love hearing about all the great things happening in Stafford and the surrounding areas like Stone, Rugeley, and Cannock.

The Staffordshire Spotter is all about keeping things positive. We want to celebrate the people and businesses that make our county a brilliant place to live. If you have a story that makes people smile, we want to hear it!

What kind of stories are we looking for?

We want to fill our website with happy news. You can send us things like:

  • New Business Openings: Tell us about a new shop or cafe starting up in town.

  • Business Celebrations: Has a local shop hit a big milestone or won an award?

  • Anniversaries: Is a local business celebrating 10, 20, or even 50 years in Staffordshire?

  • Planning News: Any new plans that will make our towns better or more fun to visit.

  • Feel-Good Stories: If someone has done something kind or brave, let us know.

  • Big Thank Yous: Do you want to say thanks to a person or a business that helped the community?

How to get in touch

Fill out the form below or send us an email. We cover everything from Penkridge to Eccleshall and Lichfield. Please include a photo if you have one, because our readers love to see what is going on!

A quick note from the Spotter: I am only one person, so I cannot post every single story that gets sent in. I choose the stories that I think our community will enjoy the most.

These articles are for news and community stories only. If you want to post an advert for your business to get more customers, please check out our Partner Package page instead. This helps me keep the website running!
