If you are struggling with your mental health, you are not alone. Across Staffordshire there are free, peer-led support groups, charities and services where you can talk to someone, meet others who understand, or simply feel less isolated.
This guide focuses on free support only. It includes peer-to-peer groups, charities and helplines. Paid activities and services are intentionally not listed at this time.

Support for Men
ANDY’S MAN CLUB
Free, peer-to-peer support groups for men aged 18+.

ANDY’S MAN CLUB offers a safe, confidential space for men to talk openly with others who understand.
Men Rebuilding Men
A Staffordshire-based peer support Facebook group described as:
“A safe, supportive space for men who want to grow, heal, and build a stronger life.”
This group focuses on encouragement, accountability and shared experience.
Men and Their Emotions
A peer-led space focused on encouraging men to open up about emotions, mental health and personal struggles in a supportive environment.
