About the event
Volunteers are invited to come along and help with a community project to improve the wildflower area on the embankment next to the river on South Street in Stafford.
The session will take place on 14 April from 10am onwards and will focus on clearing back grass and weeds to help create better growing conditions for wildflowers in the area.
The main strimming work will be carried out, and volunteers are being asked to help by:
raking up the cut grass
bagging it up
tidying loose ends
