About
Too Young To Pause is a Staffordshire-based support group founded by two local women, Simmone & Tash, who found a lack of support for their age group when experiencing early menopause themselves. The group offers a supportive, relaxed, and confidential safe space to discuss menopause, hormones, health, and life with others who understand.
Run entirely by volunteers, the monthly sessions are free to attend and provide a vital network for women in the area. To help new members who might feel shy or uncertain, they also offer a fantastic "Buddy Introduction" service, where you can chat with a friendly buddy via text or phone before attending for the first time.
The group offers:
Free monthly meet-ups.
Emotional support in a non-judgmental environment.
Mindfulness sessions and health & wellbeing discussions.
A "Buddy Network" for new members.
An online community via their private Facebook group.
Meeting Times:
When: The second Wednesday of every month.
Time: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
Where: Stafford Rugby Club.
